Memorial service this Saturday for prominent Kamloops lawyer killed in skydiving incident

KAMLOOPS – A memorial service will be held on Saturday for a Kamloops lawyer who was killed last weekend after a skydiving incident.

Criminal defence lawyer and experienced skydiver Don Campbell was killed on Saturday, Sept. 28, when he an unknown issue landing his parachute, Kamloops Skydiving Club manager Dean Schryver said.

A service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5 at Our Lady Perpetual Help located at 635 Tranquille Rd. with a reception to follow in the Parish Centre, according to his obituary.

In lieu of flowers, the public is asked to donate to the Kamloops Mustard Seed in memory of Campbell
