See the Thompson-Okanagan like you never have before
THOMPSON-OKANAGAN – A video posted to YouTube over the weekend gives a truly birds-eye view of some of the most spectacular features of the Thompson-Okanagan.
Emile Beaulieu is a Kelowna resident whose passion is paramotoring. Using a parachute and what is essentially a large powered fan strapped to his back, he performs breathtaking fly-bys of herds of deer, mountain goats, rooftops and some of the valley’s most dramatic geographical formations.
The video is a compilation of Beaulieu’s favourite clips from the past years’ flights in Kelowna, Princeton and Lumby.
“The Okanagan valley offers one of the best places in the world for flying enthusiasts,” he says. “It has a great variety of pristine lakes, mountains and valley views. It's one of the reasons I live here.”

I second that Greg. The pilot should be reigned in. Totally inappropriate. And as you pointed out…Illegal!

Nice to see this website supports the harassing of wildlife from an aircraft which is illegal.

Nice shots, but nothing from Kamloops as touted.
