Food bank says thanks with special Christmas video

KELOWNA – The Kelowna Community Food Bank have produced a thank you video for everyone who helped them get through this year’s holiday season.

The minute and a half long video shows a series of still photos of some behind-the-scenes work that allows them to help so many people.

Some of Santa’s Helpers, including Mayor Colin Basran, MLA Steve Thomson and Coun. Gail Given, get some much deserved recognition at the same time highlighting the important work they do for our community.

Also making an appearance in the video is 12-year-old Lucy DeHaas who earlier this month showed that charity doesn’t have to be a lot of work.
