‘Significant’ traffic delays coming to West Victoria Street this Friday

KAMLOOPS – Drivers and those using public transit are being advised of significant traffic delays that could arise later this week as construction crews continue to pave Victoria Street West.

There's already been plenty of delays throughout the lengthy project but this is worth extra attention.

Crews will be paving three lanes, two eastbound and one westbound, Mustard Seed Kamloops to Boomers Automotive on Friday, Oct. 11, according to a Twitter post by the City of Kamloops.

"Motorists and transit users should expect significant delays," the post says. "Motorists are urged to consider alternate routing that day."
