SAINT JOHN, N.B. – The amount of snow in some cities in the Maritimes has reached levels far above what is normal for this time of year. Here’s a look at the accumulation of snow that’s on the ground now in some cities, followed by the amount that is normal for this time of year.

Bathurst, N.B.:

73 centimetres, 35 centimetres

Charlottetown:

94 centimetres, 22 centimetres

Fredericton:

69 centimetres, 21 centimetres

Halifax:

35 centimetres, 13 centimetres

Moncton, N.B.:

104 centimetres, 26 centimetres

Saint John, N.B.:

126 centimetres, 15 centimetres

Summerside, P.E.I.:

56 centimetres, 26 centimetres
