Whether you like her music or not, you must admit Taylor Swift really connects with her fan base.

Swift is known for creeping on social media and getting to know her biggest fans on a personal level. It's called #TayLerking

For Christmas, she decided to buy, personally wrap and send gifts to some of her fans she's met via social media. For one fan, she showed up in person because she wanted to meet the woman's young son.

The video of the hysterical fans has gone viral with over 5-million hits.
