Badgley Mischka marks 30 years with an ode to Alice

NEW YORK – Badgley Mischka celebrated 30 years in business with a New York Fashion Week ode to Alice in Wonderland.

The red carpet design duo Mark Badgley and James Mischka decked out their show in large trees and dripping moss. Their trip through the looking glass included Alice in a floral mini-dress. Mischka called her “Saucy Alice.”

The collection featured beaded applique pantsuits and dresses, a slinky metallic gown with long sleeves. And for the first time, four “Mommy and Me” looks with little girls and models in similar styles.

Among the guests Saturday was Caitlyn Jenner. Alec and Hilaria Baldwin also were there.
