US TV host Conan O’Brien doing special show from Cuba, to air March 4

NEW YORK, N.Y. – American late-night TV host Conan O’Brien is spending his Presidents Day weekend in Cuba taping segments for an episode of his talk show to air next month.

The TNT network says Sunday that O’Brien is taking advantage of President Barack Obama’s efforts to improve relations with the island country. O’Brien’s show on Cuba will air March 4 at 11 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (0400 GMT).

TNT promises the trip will give O’Brien’s viewers “a rare glimpse into the daily life of a country not often seen by American viewers.”
