Enrico Colantoni, Bruce McCulloch join roster of presenters at Screen Awards
TORONTO – Enrico Colantoni and Kids in the Hall comic Bruce McCulloch are among the growing list of celebrities set to hand out hardware at the Canadian Screen Awards.
Organizers say Colantoni, of the Global medical series “Remedy,” and McCulloch, who stars in the City comedy “Young Drunk Punk,” have been added to the roster along with Amber Marshall of CBC’s “Heartland,” Kim Cattrall of HBO Canada’s “Sensitive Skin,” and Olympian Jon Montgomery, host of CTV’s “The Amazing Race Canada.”
They join previously announced presenters Tatiana Maslany, Megan Follows, Eugene Levy and Kiefer Sutherland.
Comedy star Andrea Martin will host the bash, which celebrates the best in film, television and digital media.
The Xavier Dolan film “Mommy” and Space series “Orphan Black” lead the pack with 13 nominations apiece. Other big contenders include David Cronenberg’s darky comic film “Maps to the Stars” with 11 nominations.
The Canadian Screen Awards air March 1 on CBC-TV.
