List of charges against two people accused in Halifax shopping mall threats case

HALIFAX – Randall Shepherd of Halifax and Lindsay Souvannarath of Geneva, Ill., are accused of planning to open fire at the Halifax Shopping Centre. Here are the charges they face as outlined in a sworn information from Halifax police:

— conspiracy to murder unnamed members of the public.

— conspiracy to commit arson, having disregard for human life.

— possession of weapons for a purpose dangerous to the public peace or for the purpose of committing an offence.
