A hard fought loss at home for Rutland’s very own Kelowna Chiefs.
The Chiefs suffered a 7-0 loss at the hands of the Spokane Braves, their first shutout defeat of the season.

Penalties took their toll on the team with Jordan Salahor, Alex Fortin and Chase Astorino all serving 10 minute misconducts at various times throughout the third period.
The Chiefs had three AP’s during the match due to a number of injured players on the sidelines including Jagger Bowles and Dylan Jamieson.
Helping out Kelowna on Saturday night was Braden Eliuk and Jeran Knorr of the Kelowna Midget Tier 1 Rockets and Levi Johnson from Pursuit of Excellence.
The Kelowna Chiefs look to get back on track Sunday December 15th when they welcome the North Okanagan Knights.
