Michael Lewis book ‘The Undoing Project’ out in December

NEW YORK – Michael Lewis’ next book will be a story of when minds work, and when they don’t.

W.W. Norton & Co. announced Thursday that Lewis’ “The Undoing Project: A Friendship That Changed Our Minds” will be published in December. The book tells of groundbreaking research by Daniel Kahneman and Amos Tversky, who determined that people often make irrational and impulsive decisions in defiance of objective evidence.

Lewis has explored similar themes in such bestsellers as “Moneyball” and “The Big Short,” both adapted into Oscar-nominated movies. His other books include “Flash Boys,” ”The Blind Side” and “Liar’s Poker.”
