Agreement reached on guidelines for Lindsay Lohan community service in reckless driving case

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – A judge in Los Angeles has approved new guidelines for Lindsay Lohan to perform community service at a London-based charity as part of her reckless driving case.

Court records show a prosecutor and lawyer for Lohan presented an agreement on Wednesday for the actress to continue work with CSV, which helps neglected children and disabled adults in London.

Judge Mark A. Young ordered the 28-year-old Lohan to re-do 125 hours of her community service after a prosecutor learned she had been given credit for performing in a stage production of “Speed-the-Plow.”

Lohan had also been given credit for meet-and-greet sessions.

The actress is on probation for a 2012 reckless driving case.
