
Arkells to headline festival at Big White
The Arkells are headed to Big White.
Canada’s band for this decade, the Arkells will headline at AltiTunes at Big White Ski Resort is an all-ages, multi-genre music festival.
The one-day festival will include outdoor activities, games, food, drink and an array of live music at the main stage as well as on the ski hill.
AltiTunes will start in the afternoon and will include a multitude of outdoor programming, however, the main draw is live music performances on the main stage from Arkells, BC-based Dear Rouge and more local artists which will be announced at a later date.
Festival-goers will have access to free skiing, discounted hotels, shuttles to and from Kelowna, games and outdoor activities
“Our goal is to transform the resort into a night and weekend of entertainment for guests to enjoy. Those attending AltiTunes after a day of activities at Big White will share in what is shaping up to be an unforgettable Apres-ski experience,” Kurt Jory, co-owner of Thick as Thieves Entertainment said in a press release.
