Kamloops firefighters knock down trailer fire on North Shore

Kamloops fire crews extinguished a trailer fire yesterday afternoon on the North Shore.

Fire broke out in a travel trailer at around noon yesterday, Jan. 12, on Holt Street and when the first crew arrived, smoke and flames were showing from the trailer itself.

It didn't take firefighters long to knock down the flames.

No one was in the trailer at the time of the fire and there were no reported injuries, Kamloops Fire Rescue Platoon Capt. Dale Greffard says.
