UPDATE: Missing Vernon man found

RCMP say a missing 38-year-old Vernon man has been located, and is safe and sound.

All personal information about the missing person has been removed from this article.

Family and friends of a Vernon man who went missing on Friday believe he may be in the Lower Mainland.

Anyone with any information should contact their local RCMP, local police, or remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477, or by leaving a tip online here.
