
RCMP seek witnesses to Kelowna pepper spray incident
Kelowna Mounties are looking for the man behind an alleged pepper spray attack.
A man was pepper-sprayed at the Queensway Bus Loop Jan. 29 at approximately 5:40 p.m.
"The suspect had walked up to another male in front of the museum on Ellis Street and let off the spray in the victim’s face," a Crime Stoppers press release states.
"The male fled on foot behind City Hall but police were unable to locate him."
The suspect is described as a Caucasian, five-foot-ten with a slim build and dark hair.
He was wearing green pants, a black scarf, a white t-shirt, a camouflage jacket, a grey top hat, black shoes and a black backpack.
