
Kelowna man arrested after parking lot assault
Kelowna RCMP are asking for witnesses to an assault last Friday to come forward to assist with their investigation.
Officers responded Friday, March 6 at 5:12 p.m., to an assault in the parking lot of 1835 Dilworth Dr. in Kelowna after a suspect allegedly struck a security guard.
The victim, a 39-year-old man, suffered minor injuries as a result of this alleged assault, Cpl. Jocelyn Noseworthy said in a press release.
The 36-year-old Kelowna man was arrested on scene. His name is not being released at this time. This investigation is still on-going and Kelowna RCMP are searching for further witnesses.
