Netflix show ‘Van Helsing’ looking for extras in Kamloops

Extras! Extras! Read all about it!

Have you ever wanted to be in a TV show? Well, now's your chance, if you're 18 years old or older, and a B.C. resident.

The Netflix television series Van Helsing will be filming season 5 in Kamloops from March 23 to April 3, and they're looking for extras, according to a media release shared by the Thompson-Nicola Film Commission.

An extra perk is that they're paying $20 per hour, and offering full days of work up to 10 hours or longer.

Van Helsing follows the story of main character Vanessa Van Helsing, daughter of famous vampire hunter and Dracula nemesis Abraham Van Helsing, according to IMDB.

Vanessa, played by Kelly Overton, wakes up after a five-year coma to discover that the world has been overrun by vampires and she alone has power over them.
