Federal election voter toolkit for Kamloops and the Okanagan

Federal election day is fast approaching, so here are some resources that you might find helpful before you head to the ballot box.

Voter compass quiz

The CBC has an online quiz to help you figure out where you stand on the political spectrum. It asks questions about hot-button issues as well as your view of political leaders and uses your answers to put you on the political compass.

If you’re on the fence, or just want to see if your results line up with how you think of your political self, check it out here.

Voting

Elections Canada has everything you need to know about how to register and cast your vote.

Advance voting is available this Easter long weekend from Friday, April 18 to Monday, April 21. Election day is Monday, April 28.

Online registration is available until April 22.
