After almost closing and making a miraculous comeback early this year, Leo's Videos in Kelowna is shutting its doors — for real this time.
A video posted on the Leo's Videos Facebook page shows the store stripped bare.
All that remains is a few thousand screws in the walls and 300 hundred VHS tapes, which have been left outside for anyone to take.
The video store had been in business in Kelowna for 16 years.
After announcing a closure in November 2019, Leo's Videos was purchased by new owners Jan. 1.
It remained open until March 22, when it was announced the store would be permanently closed.
Leo's Videos stated on Facebook that being forced to close due to the COVID-19 pandemic was a financial hit it couldn't come back from.
