Kehler added to Blazers roster for weekend games

KAMLOOPS – The Kamloops Blazers have added 16-year-old goaltender Cole Kehler to the roster for a pair of weekend home games against the Vancouver Giants on Friday and the Seattle Thunderbirds on Saturday. Recently acquired goaltender Justin Myles is unavailable this weekend due to injury.

Kehler was with the Blazers for 10 games prior to the Christmas break. He started his first WHL game in Brandon on December 10th and has appeared in four games with the Blazers this season.  

The 6’3” 190lb native of Altona, Manitoba is playing this season with the Okanagan Hockey Academy Midget Prep team. He has a 17-4-0 record in 21 games this season.
