Looking for a forever home, Vernon SPCA pets of the week

CAMO

Camo came to the Vernon SPCA when he grew too big and too active for his family to care for.

He has spent a lot of the early part of his life living outside, and is not house trained.

While he is almost a year and a half, he still has many puppy-like behaviours such as chewing and digging.

He has not been taught to walk on a leash, or sit.

Camo is looking for a home that is experienced with large-breed dogs, and committed to giving him the proper training and ongoing socialization he requires.

He has lived with children over the age of 10, but never spent much time around cats.

Camo requires a large yard or acreage that is securely fenced as he has not yet developed any recall.

He would do well on a farm or acreage with an active family who loves being outdoors.

If you are interested in learning more about Camo, please contact the Vernon SPCA.
