
Kamloops woman wins 2020 Y Dream Home
A Kamloops resident has won the home of her dreams.
Nicole Larson and her daughter are the winners of the 2020 Y Dream Home, according to the Kamloops Y Dream Home Lottery Facebook page. The announcement was made today, July 8.
The 2020 Dream Home is located at #160-200 Grand Boulevard in Kamloops within the Orchards Walk community development.
The house is worth $696,800, according to the Kamloops Y's website.
The four-bedroom home features hardwood flooring and 9-foot ceilings, low emission windows and a tech-savvy home automation system.
The winner will also receive a television, a one-year internet package and an e-bike.
The annual lottery raises money for Kamloops YMCA-YWCA programs.
