
Penticton man charged after alleged indecent act
A 60-year-old Penticton man faces a charge of committing an indecent act following an incident last week.
Penticton officers were called to Lakeshore Drive West after a passerby observed a man allegedly committing an indecent act inside his parked vehicle around 2 p.m. on July 22.
The man was arrested, based on evidence police were able to gather at the time, and later released from custody.
He now faces a charge of committing an indecent act, police spokesperson Const. James Grandy said in a press release issued today, July 28.
