Kalamalka Lake Road closed in Coldstream due to police incident

The RCMP have closed a Coldstream road as they deal with a man in medical distress.

The incident is taking place in the 9000 block of Kalamalka Lake Road near Howe Drive.

The closure is expected to last for several hours so people need to find alternative routes.

A Vernon North Okanagan RCMP news release says there is no risk to the public.
