There’s a regular segment on Jimmy Kimmel Live called “Who’s high?”

Kimmel rounds up a panel of contestants on Hollywood Blvd. and then he asks them a serious of questions in an effort to determine who has been smoking up.

He wasn’t expecting a visit from Jon Stewart.
