iNFOnews.ca — UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Oh, hello.

You have managed to find our new website before it’s fully ready, so welcome! Make yourself at home, poke around, get yourself a snack, but please watch for tripping hazards.

We are still under construction, trying to get the last niggly bits perfect before we give it a chef’s kiss — mwah — and send it out in the wild.

You might notice a few technical goofs and not everything is where it should be, so don’t judge us too harshly. We would, of course, love to hear some feedback while you’re here and you can find our finished product on our original home, infotel.ca.

Still, the single best way to find out what we’re all about is to sign up to our free newsletter. It’s free, arrives in your inbox on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, heavily prioritizes our local news and it’s got exclusive content.

Sign up here.

News is best when it's local, relevant, timely and interesting. That's our focus every day.

We are on the ground in Penticton, Vernon, Kelowna and Kamloops to bring you the stories that matter most.

Marshall may call West Kelowna home, but after 16 years in local news and 14 in the Okanagan, he knows better than to tell readers in other communities what is "news' to them. He relies on resident reporters to reflect their own community priorities and needs. As the newsroom leader, his job is making those reporters better, ensuring accuracy, fairness and meeting the highest standards of journalism.
