Silverstar Veggies’ pumpkin patch returns with a twist
Looking for a day of family fun in Vernon?
Silverstar Veggies is opening its doors for their second U-pick Pumpkin Patch with a fun twist. Guests can pick their own pumpkins fresh from the vine and, for the first time, they’ve also partnered with the Polson Artisan Market to create a one-day event for the whole family.
This locally owned and operated farm was established in 2021. They grow and harvest numerous vegetables, herbs, and select fruit at the bottom of the Foothills community. This season, they have pumpkins of every size available for purchase, but the best picks will go to those who come early to their event this weekend.
Enjoy craft vendors, food trucks, entertainment, local produce, and more at the Silverstar Veggies farm on Saturday, Oct. 11 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. They’re located at 6311 Silver Star Road on the edge of Vernon.
The pumpkin patch will also be open during the same hours on Oct. 12, but the market is reserved for Saturday.
Future events may be announced if there are still pumpkins left for picking.
