Kamloops RCMP ask for help to find missing man

Kamloops RCMP are requesting the pubic’s help in locating a missing man.

Michael Vareschi, 40, was last seen in downtown Kamloops, Oct. 3, according to an RCMP media release issued today, Oct. 14.

“Police are looking to confirm Michael’s whereabouts,” Kamloops RCMP media relations officer Corp. Dana Napier Kamloops said in the release.  

“According to family Michael was last seen on October 3, 2025, and believed to be in Kamloops.”

RCMP describe Vareschi as a 40-year-old Indigenous male, 5’11” tall, 188 lb. with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information related to his whereabouts is asked to call Kamloops RCMP at 250-828-3000 and cite file 2025-33405.
