All aboard Vernon’s Halloween Tours

Ready to dress up for Halloween early and tour Vernon’s spookiest haunts?

John “Halloween” Deak and John Christmas are hosting the Halloween Tours of Vernon from Oct. 20 to Oct 30. All ages are welcome, so this is the perfect haunted tour for the whole family.

To join this event, stop by Schubert Centre and wait for the tour bus at the front door. At 7 p.m., the bus will leave the centre for your scary evening. A minimum donation of $5 to the Shubert Centre is required for entry and your spookiest attire is encouraged.

Your donations will go directly to the Shubert Society Centre, which provides social and recreational activities and programs to seniors in the community.

Other ways to support the centre this holiday season include their Oct. 30 Birthday Lunch and Fashion Show, the Oct. 18 Zombie Walk, and the Winter Market hosted on Nov. 8. Outside of their events, you can also find quick deals at their thrift store, enjoy their coffee shop, or utilize their catering and rental services.
