Texting while driving is one of the leading causes of car crash deaths around the world.

Volkswagen is the latest company to produce a public service message in an effort to convince people to stop looking at their mobile phones while they are behind the wheel.

Although Volkswagen's is far more effective and shocking than most.

The company uses a location-based broadcaster to send everyone in the theatre a text message just before the driver in the POV film crashes.
