Penticton family gets their stolen life-sized Grinch back
The Grinch is back.
A Penticton family has had their stolen outdoor Christmas decoration returned to them.
Chanel Hughes of Granby Street reported the theft of a life-sized Grinch figure from the family’s front lawn earlier this week, but on a post to her Facebook page this morning, Dec. 4, she says the decoration has been returned.
“The Grinch has finally been returned. It was found on our balcony this morning, covered in garbage bags. Thank you for spreading the word, it meant a lot to us," Hughes said on the Facebook post.
The Grinch will return to his place in the family’s front yard.
