Typhoon Fung-wong leaves damage in the Philippines, in photos

NAVOTAS, Philippines (AP) — Typhoon Fung-wong blew out of the northwestern Philippines on Monday after causing floods, landslides and power outages while displacing more than 1.4 million people.
