TRENDING NOW: Hundreds sing sea shanty virtually and it is awesome

At this point in the COVID-19 pandemic a lot of us are getting pretty tired of video conferencing. This is the exception.

The Longest Johns thought it would be cool to have some people sing a sea shanty together online, but when almost 500 people showed up, it blew their minds.

The organizers hope the video will provide some optimism as we leave a challenging year and start a new one.
