A head-on crash has closed Highway 97A in both directions between Armstrong and Enderby in the North Okanagan this morning.
The vehicle incident is at Canyon Road and Fortune Road roughly one kilometre south of Enderby, according to Drive B.C. The road is closed in both directions and an assessment is in progress.
Traffic is currently being re-routed to Back Enderby Road and RCMP are asking the public to avoid the area.
Police were called to the head-on collision involving three vehicles at around 9:45 a.m. today, Jan. 6, according to an RCMP media release.
BC Ambulance paramedics were also called, but RCMP said it is not yet known how many people were injured and how bad those injuries are.
