KELOWNA

VERNON
- Nervous System Reset Workshop – This somatic experience includes breathwork, guided meditation, and sound therapy at Noble Yoga on March 13 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $60.
- Eagle Eyes – Enjoy a live tribute to rock hits by The Eagles tribute band, Eagle Eyes, at Vernon and District Performing Arts Centre on March 13 from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tickets are $57.50.

PENTICTON
- It’s My Moment – Enjoy a solo dance showcase featuring competition pieces performed by talented local dancers at the Balance School of Performing Arts on March 13. Choose from two shows at 4 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $16 each.
- Penticton Vees vs Everett Silvertips – Watch the Vees play a home game at the South Okanagan Events Centre on March 13, starting at 7:05 p.m. Tickets start at $10.50 each.
- Justin Koshman – Enjoy live roots-folk and beach rock music from Justin Koshman at Cannery Brewing on March 15 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. There is no cover charge.
KAMLOOPS
- The BIG Pitch 2026 – Watch early-stage entrepreneurs compete for a $10,000 grand prize and People’s Choice mentorship award at Kelson Hall Centre for Arts and Education on March 13 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Entry is free.
