What’s happening this weekend in the Okanagan and Kamloops

From Ukrainian Easter eggs to hockey and improv to an Eagles tribute band, here are some of the best events happening this weekend across Kelowna, Vernon, Penticton and Kamloops.

KELOWNA

  • Improv Night – Catch a high-energy evening of comedy at the Rotary Centre for the Arts on March 14, starting at 7:00 PM. Tickets are $37.21.
  • Pysanka Workshop – Create traditional Ukrainian Easter eggs at the Westbank Museum on March 14 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Pricing is $40 for adults, $30 for children (ages 5–12), or $90 per family. Pre-registration is required.
  • Indoor Swap Meet – Spend a cozy afternoon browsing pre-loved treasures and handcrafted goods at Grizzli Winery on March 15 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Lucky Moon Vintage Market – Discover retro clothing, jewelry, décor, records, and collectibles from over thirty vendors at the Laurel Packinghouse on March 15 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Admission is $5 at the door. Read more about the event in our coverage here.
  • Okanagan Irish Society St. Patrick’s Day Party – Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a beef stew lunch, Irish music, and Irish dancing at Holiday Park Resort on March 15 from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Tickets are $15 for members, $20 for non-members, and $5 for children 12 and under.

VERNON

  • Nervous System Reset Workshop – This somatic experience includes breathwork, guided meditation, and sound therapy at Noble Yoga on March 13 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $60.
  • Eagle Eyes – Enjoy a live tribute to rock hits by The Eagles tribute band, Eagle Eyes, at Vernon and District Performing Arts Centre on March 13 from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tickets are $57.50.
  • A Taste of Downtown Vernon – Sample dishes from over fifty downtown Vernon food establishments at Schubert Centre on March 14 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Free admission and free parking is available. Read more about the event in our coverage here.
  • Laila Biali Quartet – Experience award-winning jazz at the Vernon Jazz Club on March 14 from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Tickets are $40 each.
  • The Myrtle Sisters – Enjoy a charming tap, swing, and harmony musical about self-expression and individuality at Vernon and District Performing Arts Centre on March 15 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets are $16 each.

PENTICTON

  • It’s My Moment – Enjoy a solo dance showcase featuring competition pieces performed by talented local dancers at the Balance School of Performing Arts on March 13. Choose from two shows at 4 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $16 each.
  • Penticton Vees vs Everett Silvertips – Watch the Vees play a home game at the South Okanagan Events Centre on March 13, starting at 7:05 p.m. Tickets start at $10.50 each.
  • Justin Koshman – Enjoy live roots-folk and beach rock music from Justin Koshman at Cannery Brewing on March 15 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. There is no cover charge.

KAMLOOPS

  • The BIG Pitch 2026 – Watch early-stage entrepreneurs compete for a $10,000 grand prize and People’s Choice mentorship award at Kelson Hall Centre for Arts and Education on March 13 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Entry is free.
  • Art Exposed: A Juried Art Show – View a community regional art exhibition featuring works from TNRD artists at the Old Courthouse Gallery until March 14 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free.
  • Romance and Strumming – Enjoy an evening of Spanish and French vocal and classical guitar music at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church on March 14, starting at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $25 general admission, $20 for CMK members, and free for students under 19.
  • Kamloops Collectibles Market – Browse over forty vendors featuring trading cards, comics, video games, coins, stamps, and more at Kamloops Seniors Community Centre on March 15 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission and parking are free.
