iN NUMBERS: Rent prices in Kelowna and Kamloops continue to decline
Month by month, dollar by dollar, the figures show B.C. is crawling its way out of the housing crisis. A few percentage points might not feel like a lot to renters in cities like Kelowna and Kamloops, but it’s at least a bit of reassurance as things seem to keep spiralling into un-affordability.

- 27: That’s Kelowna’s ranking on the list of most expensive Canadian cities to rent in. North Vancouver is at the top.
- 3.9: Per cent. That’s how much the average asking rent has gone up for a one bedroom apartment in Kamloops over the past year.
