
UPDATE: Missing senior located
UPDATE: 5:08 P.M., FEB. 25
The man has been located and returned home safely.
KAMLOOPS – An 80-year-old man has not been seen since he left his home earlier this afternoon and RCMP are asking for help in finding him.
Gerald Fraser, who suffers from dementia and is hard of hearing, left his home around 2 p.m., Feb. 25. He was on his red motorized scooter and was last seen on Joyce Avenue heading towards Crestline Street.
Fraser is 5’10” tall, about 215 pounds, and has white hair and a white beard. He was wearing a blue and white checkered lumber jacket when he left his home.
While he does have a cane with him he will likely be with his scooter.
Anyone with information that may help in locating Fraser is asked to call Kamloops RCMP at 250-828-3000.
RCMP did not supply a photo of Fraser.
