Webtech Wireless sells NextBus to California company for $20.75 million

VANCOUVER – Webtech Wireless Inc. (TSX:WEW) says it has closed the sale of its NextBus division to California-based Cubic Corporation (NYSE:CUB) for $20.75 million in cash. NextBus, headquartered in Emeryville, Calif., provides real-time passenger information systems to transit agency customers in the United States and Canada.
