PRINCETON – A man is in hospital in critical condition after he entered a Dairy Queen restaurant brandishing a knife, allegedly stabbing two women before turning the weapon on himself and slitting his own throat.
Princeton RCMP say the grisly event happened just before 5 p.m. Feb. 26 at the restaurant located on Tapton Avenue.
The investigation is in the early stages and the Penticton Serious Crime Unit is involved.
Anyone who may have witnessed the event and hasn't spoken to an investigator is asked to contact police at 250-494-4300 or 250-295-6911.
