Pay parking now in effect in downtown Penticton
It’s official – pay parking is now in effect on downtown Penticton streets.
Pay parking has been instituted at a rate of $2 per hour between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday, the City of Penticton said in a press release today, April 14.
Residents looking for longer term parking rates can purchase monthly or annual parking permits for City-owned lots at city hall.
Penticton also uses the Passport Parkin Canada app available at here. The city is providing an incentive to use the app by providing $25 worth of parking for the purchase of $20.
More information about parking in Penticton can be found at the City's website here.
