Body of missing Kamloops man found

The body of a missing 71-year-old Kamloops man was found yesterday, according to RCMP.

Mark Foan was last seen on June 28 when he met a friend for coffee at the Tim Hortons on Highway 5.

When the two friends left, Foan headed towards his home in Westsyde on his motorcycle.

RCMP says that although a full determination has yet to be made, investigators do not believe criminality was involved in Foan’s death.

The B.C. Coroners Service is also investigating his death.

No further information will be provided by RCMP or coroners service at this time.
