Public information meeting to be held on Thompson Nicola Regional District wildfires

A public information session will be held later today to provide an update on the wildfires burning in the Thompson Nicola Regional District.

The information session will be held via Zoom, Sunday, July 18 at 2 p.m.

Representatives from the TNRD and B.C. Wildfire management branch will be speaking on the wildfires.

"This meeting will be available for the public to watch from wherever they are located and on their own device. For those unable to watch the live meeting, it will be recorded and available for anyone to watch at a later time," according to the TNRD.

Session attendees are welcome to submit questions in advance. Questions can be submitted through the TNRD website.
