CLINTON – Mounties are piecing together the details after a body was found in a partially burned car Tuesday.
The abandoned vehicle was found in a remote rural area outside of town. When police arrived, they found someone dead inside the car. So far they don't think the death is suspicious.
The family of the vehicle's registered owner have been notified, but the deceased person's identity is yet to be confirmed.
The Clinton RCMP and B.C. Coroners Service continue to investigate.
