Profanity spray painted on North Glenmore Elementary

KELOWNA – Police are looking for possible witnesses after "profanity and vulgarity" was spray painted on a school in North Glenmore last month.

The incident was reported Feb. 14, 2015 at 8 a.m. at North Glenmore Elementary school. An investigator on the case doesn't think the graffiti was created by an artist but believes it was most likely youths playing with spray cans, according to an RCMP media release.

The graffiti has since been covered up, out of view of young children.

Anyone with any information is asked to call the Kelowna RCMP, Const. Evoy, at 250-762-3300. Remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477, leaving a tip online at www.crimestoppers.net or by texting your tip to CRIMES (274637) ktown.
