One person is dead after a motorcycle collision with a truck last night in Kamloops. 

Kamloops RCMP haven't released many details but said the incident happened at the intersection of Highway 1 and Highland Road, shortly after 7 p.m. Sept. 26.

The road was closed for some time but was reopened early this morning. More information is expected today.
