
Man with knife arrested in ‘high-risk takedown’: Kamloops RCMP
A man allegedly armed with a knife was arrested in what police call a "high-risk takedown" in downtown Kamloops today.
Officers responded at around 12:05 p.m. today, Oct. 7, to a request for assistance from the Canadian Pacific Police Service of a man with a knife on Victoria Street, according to an RCMP press release.
A Kamloops man was arrested in a "high-risk takedown," RCMP said.
Kamloops RCMP continue to investigate and said no further information is available at this time.
