Williams Lake RCMP ask for help to find missing elderly woman

RCMP in Williams Lake are asking for the public’s help in locating a 72-year-old missing woman.

Lori Rushton was reported missing at around 5:17 p.m. yesterday, Oct. 14, after she left her home in Williams Lake and didn’t return, according to an RCMP media release.

Rushton needs oxygen and left her home without it. She has various medical issues and RCMP are concerned for her wellbeing.

RCMP described Rushton as a 72-year-old Indigenous woman.

If you have any information about the missing person, or where she might be, you are asked to contact the Williams Lake RCMP at 250-392-6211.
