RCMP ask for help in locating missing West Kelowna man

RCMP are asking for the public’s help to find a missing 27-year-old West Kelowna man.

James Wood was last seen at around 1:45 p.m. yesterday, Nov. 8, leaving his home in the 2000 block of Peters Road in West Kelowna, according to an RCMP media release. He was on foot.

Investigators think he may be in the West Kelowna or Kelowna area.

Police are very concerned for his health and well being. Wood may appear to be disoriented and may need medical assistance.

RCMP describe Wood as a 27-year-old Caucasian male, 5’8” tall, 126 lbs. with brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing pyjama pants and a button up T-shirt.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of James is urged to contact their local police or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
